Review: Worth the Fight

Worth the Fight
Worth the Fight by Vi Keeland

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Given by the author for an honest review for her Blog Tour

Worth the Fight is the story of Nico and Elle..The story of 2 strong people who crumble on their weaknesses but still remain strong..The story of 2 people who become stronger for and because of each other..

Vi Keeland created another masterpiece, that is even better than the Cole Series..I am a huge fan of her work and she does not disappoint..I'm not sure even if she's capable of doing that..

Worth the Fight is definitely worth reading..It's powerful and emotional..Each and every one of the characters are special on their own way..Not just the main couple, but their friends and family,as well..
Vi writes in such an eloquent and flowing way that she presents us with a sweet and commanding story while gracefully introducing us to all the characters and sparking our interest in them..We usually focus so hard on the main couple that we don't really pay much attention to others..But in this book, you cannot not pay attention to everyone and everything..I found Vi's writing magical and I believe it's her best book yet..

Elle had a very painful childhood that troubles her even in the present and will never stop troubling her..I'm not referring to just the memories that plague her,but mainly to her guilt..When people do something wrong or when they hurt someone, they usually wonder "Where does that leave me?What kind of person am I now?..Do I even deserve happiness?..Do I deserve anything good?..Will it ever stop hunting my heart and mind?.."..Elle,having her morals like she does, is plagued by all these questions..She had to act that tragic day,but that doesn't mean it was ok..Elle is such a strong person but the thought of having people judging her,Nico judging her literally throws her out of balance..

And the world stops spinning..And this is the moment when Vi's magnificent writing comes to life..Friends and family work together for Elle's happiness..

Nico is such a good guy with strong ethics..I believe that he sees the world in white and black..He lets guilt swallow him alive for something it wasn't technically his fault but it still feels like it..And I can say that I would feel the same way as he did..Don't you?..Nico needed a powerful intervention and a kick in his ass to set him straight..Just like all men,in my humble opinion..And what better than the thought of his girl with someone else?...I love his possessiveness and the fact he fought for Elle from the very first moment he met her..
When he asked her out the first time,ah what a beautiful scene..It was the scene that made fall for this book..Well the first of many, truth be told..

Worth the fight is an amazing book..It's worth reading..Hell,it's worth reading a couple dozen of times..Every penny you spent it is worth it..I couldn't recommend it more strongly...

Vi,you are incredibly talented and I am so happy to be part of your tour and honoured to know you,as a person..
