I love this series, from the very first one till this one, too. It was so wonderful that we saw the events that happened at Crimson Frost from Logan's POV...

About the readers that haven't read the previous books,at Crimson Frost something terrible happened between Gwen and Logan resulting to tremendous guilt from Logan's part and his leaving from Mythos Academy. In Spartan Frost, events are held few weeks after what happened in the previous book.

Jennifer Estep once again captivates us completely and makes us even wonder how gargoyles look like and how that complicated dinner table at Quinn's mansion is built. Her unbelievably detailed descriptions about everything, her way of displaying Logan's feelings (guilt, disappointment of himself, sadness, anger towards every Reaper but also his love for Qwen ) and him gradually reconciling with his dad are some of the things what make this small book so amazing.
And of course, the book ends with a cliffhanger ,since Logan learns what is happening at Mythos but we do not...
